Singer Sean Kingston is working his way back to being healthy again after a horrible jet-ski accident in South Florida. Reports state that the pop singer actually took his first steps at the hospital today, which is the first really good news since his boating mishap. We have been given lots of updates about how the accident happened, and whether or not he was at fault, but he haven?t heard a lot about his condition.
