According to TMZ.com, Shriver's new home will be in the same exclusive development as her former home in Brentwood, Calif. Though she has been house hunting for the past six months on the west side of Los Angeles, sources say Shriver purposely stayed close to her old home as to make things easier on the couple's two youngest children, Christopher and Patrick.
If you're worried that the hefty $10 million price tag will set Shriver back, don't be. The Governator will reportedly be handing over a "very generous" amount of cash in the divorce settlement. In addition to splitting the couples' worth, Shriver is also seeking spousal support from Schwarzenegger, as well as attorney's fees.
Shriver and Schwarzenegger announced the end of their 25-year marriage in May, after Schwarzenegger publicly admitted to fathering a child with housekeeper Mildred Baena. On the divorce papers filed last week, Shriver cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.
